Part of Ascension's "Your Mind Matters Virtual Presentation Series": Mindfulness - What is the Research?

 

Presenter, Caryn Wells PhD, Professor Oakland University

 

Dr. Wells is the author of the book, Mindfulness: How School Leaders Can Reduce Stress and Thrive on the Job. She teaches mindfulness to professional organizations, and has presented to graduate, doctoral, and medical students at OU. Each session will include time for questions and answers.  Email your questions by clicking this link stephanie.bauer@ascension.org by 3:00p on 6/10/2020.  Dr. Wells will address questions during her presentation.
