              Event Description:
              The Orion Township Public Library is one of 120 institutions nationwide that was awarded a World War I and America grant in 2017 to mark the 100th anniversary of the nation’s entry into the war in 1917. The exhibit will consist of panels discussing WWI and its impact on the people of the time, including the political atmosphere before the war, public opinion about entering the war, and the home front.
