Tax Reform Seminar

The OACC partnered with Orion Neighborhood Television to deliver a seminar addressing the recent changes in business tax codes and the affects it will have on the bottom line of many small business owners.

The seminar featured James N. Lopiccolo, CPA, CGMA, owner of Capocore Professional Advisors, who brings close to 30 years of public accounting experience in the areas of manufacturing, medical, professional service companies and real estate.

The seminar was a discussion around the new tax reform and its impact on small businesses and their owners.   The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 (TCJA) is the most complicated simplification in recent tax history.  We will provide an overview of how the TCJA will impact individuals and businesses, including the new Qualified Business Deduction (Section 199A).
