About Us

Living Solutions Plus is a mobile outpatient therapy company, which means we provide rehabilitative therapy in the homes of seniors. Our focus is home safety and fall prevention for seniors, with the goal of increased quality of life for our patients. We do this through occupational therapy, which is a form of rehabilitation that centers on increased function in activities of daily living. Our services include traditional occupational therapy for seniors with any condition or disability, home assessments and modifications to ensure a physically safe home environment, as well as LSVT BIG, which is a specialized neurological program for people with conditions such as Parkinsons, stroke, multiple sclerosis, just to name a few!
