Dr. Michael Fiteny is the owner and chiropractor at Trailhead Spine and Wellness in Orion Township. His passion for chiropractic began through sports at a young age, where he experienced firsthand how conservative care could help people recover from injuries, stay active, and avoid unnecessary medications or surgery. After studying chemistry at Michigan State University and working in the medical device industry, he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, graduating summa cum laude from Life University. Today, Dr. Michael is committed to helping individuals and families in the Lake Orion and surrounding communities reduce pain, improve function, and live healthier, more active lives through personalized chiropractic care and spinal decompression. Outside the office, he enjoys hockey, golf, skiing, hiking, hunting, and spending time outdoors.
