Beaumont Presents Dr. Rana Awdish and a Discussion Forum on End-of-Life Care

Description

Dr. Awdish is the author of "In Shock: My Journey from Death to Recovery and the Redemptive Power of Hope". She will discuss her experience with life-threatening illness when, as a young critical care physician, she finds herself in an ICU as a dying patient. This event will include a presentation, question-and-answer session, and book signing.

Doors open at 4:30pm and the presentation begins at 5:00pm. Open to all Beaumont Health team members and the general public. Parking will be available behind the Emergency Center on the hospital's northwest side.
