1 out of 3 Americans has prediabetes.  You can make changes now to improve your health and prevent type 2 diabetes.  PreventT2 is a lifestyle change program that can help you lose weight, become more active, and reduce stress.  If you qualify for PreventT2 you'll get: CDC approved curriculum with a trained lifestyle coach, a year long program, and support from other like you as you learn new skills
