Jess is the owner and founder of Pushna Wellness LLC, as well as lead yoga and boxing instructor. She enjoys teaching a variety of classes to help clients connect mind, body and soul. She offers 1 on 1 instruction, corporate team building and other life event offsite classes, youth athletic restorative and mindfulness classes. Her facilities offers a variety of fitness and wellness services and classes such as massage, reiki, craniosacral, yoga, boxing, fitness, sauna, SUP yoga and more!
